Our complete welding department is able to handle most applications such as:

We weld mild steel, stainless steel, inconel, titanium, aluminum and other alloys.

To handle your forming needs, we have a CNC Brake with a capacity of 150 ton x 12' long.  Our Shear capacity is  ½" x  12' in length.

 

 

Maui AEOS Telescope - Boeing LTS works with the US Airforce Research Laboratory from atop Mount Haleakala using a 12 foot Advanced Electro Optical System at the Maui Space Surveillance Complex Observatory.

Submersibles Frame This is a photo of the new frame built by Bear Machinery, Inc. The frame is made from alloy steel tubing. It is filled with oil to prevent collapsing under pressure.

 

Big Island JAC Observatory - The Joint Astronomy Center had us build these structures to incorporate a new instrument for their telescope on the Big Island. We were required to align the mirrors prior to delivery.

To align the set-up mirrors, we used a portable coordinate measuring machine that is shown here bolted to the frame.
