The sub sustained damage that required the replacement of the entire sub frame.

This is a photo of the new frame built by Bear Machinery, Inc. The frame is made from alloy steel tubing. It is filled with oil to prevent collapsing under pressure.
Big Island JAC Observatory - The Joint Astronomy Center had us build these structures to incorporate a new instrument for their telescope on the Big Island. We were required to align the mirrors prior to delivery.
